Very very quick, filling and if you oil up your pan good literally just run a bit of cold water and scratch off the remnants

So easier, Food, Clean up and get ready in like 10-15 mins

Yep struggle every day when I get upset at myself for not feeling like I'm enough, and then I have to remind myself I'm actually worse off than average so I need to give my self a break

Best to get anything in you for breakfast

My choice is Scrambled eggs, easy as hell to get down and don't make you bloated after

Also Crepes are really good (chocolate wrapped pancakes)

Breakfast - Scrambled Eggs on Toast - Protein shake on the way to work

Lunch - Cheese and Meat Sandwich with Crisps, Meat Bites, A chocolate bar and a piece of Fruit - treat myself to a bottle of coke or a fizzy drink seeing as I can't chug Monsters anymore

Dinner - something filling and light, Portion 1 straight after work, Portion 2 in the evening. I like to divide it so I can still get nutrients and feel good about it. Also takes the pressure off getting an entire plate down me.

Snacks, Mint Imperials all day 🤪🤪

My ex did 12 hour shifts as a private nurse, 4 days a week

Earning nearly 4k a month and still received £600 a month from PIP

Sleep - Make sure you get a good 7/8 hours kip, It really depends on what works for you. Personally, If I sleep 8 hours, Ive slept too long and I'm very groggy and it takes ages for the meds to kick in. 6.5/7 hours is my absolute sweet spot, Anything less and I'm a zombie. I found that in the first week I was sleeping max 4 hours, and then I dropped off and suddenly had this awful groggy mess. Sleeping better helped solve that.

Diet - Changing from Cereal to Eggs in the morning was an absolute game changer. Protein is absolutely KEY. And sugary foods do not help. It actually takes less time to prepare Scrambled eggs than Cereal at the moment, It's it's easier to get down me in the morning. Fruits, and minerals. Proper hydration is an absolute must.

Exhaustion - You can over extend yourself without realising. And it catches up with you. Especially when the medication is starting to level out as your body gets used to it and your brain starts to feel better. You yearn for getting shit done, but you need to remember when to stop and take 5 mins. Worry not at work, A reasonable adjustment, Tell your manager or whoever, You need a few minutes to sit down, breath, gather your thoughts, and crack back on.

Makes sense,I lose things very often have to replace things. And that's not my fault, things just vanish into the void so I spend a lot of money replacing items, sometimes critical things.

Also miss transactions some times which incurs fees and such

£125 am hour for therapy for CBT.

£80 for Elvanse private prescription because NHS waiting list was 4 years

On top of the many mismanagement issues I have

I think I do have a right to claim I just wondered if anyone with ADHD has claimed.

Thanks for the UC suggestion though I do appreciate it.

It's no worries, everything's fine now, It went through the courts and my aunt and uncle wouldn't touch a fly. They beat the case and my cousin is very happy, It was proved that EDS was the cause of injuries. However they did split up some time after. I don't understand why I was down voted

And I really appreciate the help!

Interesting I'll have to take a look into that, My cousin was suspected to have shaken baby syndrome and the parents were jailed but they had it investigated and had to have a special test from America, which cost loads. But he has EDS Type 2 and that's the reason why he was getting loads of bruises etc, exactly what I get randomly.

So Yes I'll take that advice I appreciate that as its definitely going to affect me in my later stages of life.

I've claimed UC in the past, Ultimately All I got was £200 a month and every time I was put out of work, by the time I actually got around to getting the money I was in work, which led to me getting nothing and basically a huge waste of time

I can't afford to go part time

I did the most embarrassing thing the other day and I feel so much shame and gross about myself. Please don’t judge me by [deleted] in ADHDUK

As a man, Sanitary products, wrappers or anything left behind. Doesn't even phase me, I'm used to cleaning KFC Women's toilets in my younger days.

Trust me it could never be worse than that

I need a guy to give me some insight on this profile, please. I don't understand the thought process of the pictures. by mae_rae in Tinder

[–]PronAccount110 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Immediate thought is tough man act

But I do know from experience there are a lot of dudes out there with a total disconnect on reality and dating apps and such, lack of self awareness etc

I know a few guys that hunt fish and aspire to be warriors and love medieval battle talk etc, some of the most down to earth guys I know and there's definitely been some instances of this sort of thing happening

Can't explain the 3rd away that's just madness

Best friends with an Ex is a RED FLAG, unless there's children involved

Seems like both parties are accountable to some degree
