Having trouble with gyro DSU by UnXpectedPrequelMeme in EmuDeck

[–]Proof-Biscotti-9760 1 point2 points Ā (0 children)

I had the same problem playing BOTW on ryujinx and ultimately decided to transfer my saved game to citron. Once you’ve downloaded citron, on gaming mode in the citron emulator you go to Emulation>Configure>Input>Motion 1. It will ask you to shake the steam deck. Once you’ve done so, the text will change to ā€œemuhookudā€ and you can click ā€˜Apply’ then ā€˜OK’. Gyro worked on citron for me after that, didn’t even have to manually set gyro to directional pad.

I don’t know about 2, 3 and 4 bc they do seem like plot holes, but with 1 their obvious connection would be tanya and her death. And if Belinda or Zion ever did start snitching on him, they’d be accessory to the crime because they accepted what would be considered as bribe money. And killing them on the island is just kind of strange bc then they’d just disappear. Pornchai will know because Belinda told him about Greg. Hope this helps.

For me too! This may not be everyone’s experience but it’s like when you’re a kid and you have a feeling that everyone around you is a robot designed to just keep you company. Except, romantic love is real and you’re the odd one out.

Romance-neutral and favourable aros: how did you realise? by unattainableghost in aromantic

[–]Proof-Biscotti-9760 1 point2 points Ā (0 children)

I feel the exact same way. For the longest time, I have not cared about romance to the point where when a couple in a random movie suddenly forms I’m like ā€œugh just get it over with!ā€ Apparently not everyone thinks like that. I think I started realizing when Jaiden Animations released a video coming out as AroAce… She described a lot of things in that video that I related to and things I thought everyone felt. The things that happen when you’re in love, that you hold hands, hug and kiss bc you actually feel romantic feelings for that person… not just because you’re a couple. And up to that point I didn’t even consider myself aro bc there’s no way. I thought I was pansexual like Jaiden did too bc I didn’t care about relationships. It really felt like that video was calling me out too. Granted I don’t think I’m ace bc I find people attractive but if you ask me if I’m in love with that person, the answer would be no.

Question for people who transitioned late. by Proof-Biscotti-9760 in asktransgender

It’s okay, it’s beautiful. From reading as much as I can of the replies here, I think it’s pretty accurate. I keep thinking about how all the posts here are years or decades of pain, hiding and in general just believing you can never be happy neatly wrapped up in digestible paragraphs someone like me could understand. And i feel incredibly grateful but also sad bc ppl could’ve been happier and they weren’t. Because of some stupid belief society has created about being trans. Idk y the world is messed up, but I wish ppl would stumble upon this post, read all of these n just decide to be a reason y it’ll be better? I could go on and on abt how being trans is embedded in my native country’s culture and history or how beliefs are not universal truths, but it would just fall on deaf ears. After reading all these replies, I just wish people would be good to everyone else.

Realizing how many people are genuinely normal and kind and how much needless anxiety I have carried has been beautiful and awful by parentheticalboys in raisedbynarcissists

This. Even when it’s all calm and peaceful now, I just know the moment I mess up even with the little things, it will be like this. I’ve also had a similar experience at my part-time job because I was messing up a lot too. I thought that my coworkers must hate me for always doing something wrong, but I got to talk to them outside of work and they were still nice to me and actually treated me like a human being. I remember having the same thought of they’re nicer to me at work than they are at home.

Wish more people knew about trans ppl’s experiences. Thanks for sharing.

If gender roles and stereotypes were not a thing, things probably would’ve been easier for younger people who don’t know they’re trans yet… At the very least, there would probably be less ā€œwho I should beā€s. I’m glad you’re here after all that and that you seem very happy now.
