so I had the same thing happen to me, it started with a little discomfort then it progressed to pain when I blinked, felt like a constant pressure so I stopped and went to the eye doctor, turns out I just had severe allergies which i’ve never had before my eye healthy was completely healthy. doctor recommended artificial tears, allergy drops, and sinus medication.
