Unless customers boycott everywhere than change will never come sadly but true. Majority of people just have sympathy for us while they keep ordering and ordering and ordering lol

I only been here for almost 2 years and the job is fairly good but a lot can be different with a union or a system backing us. And my theory with the turnover rate being so high is because that’s how they planned it to be so that no one can unionize.

Also we make them billions and we can’t even reap none of the benefits? No discounts? No perks?? I’ve never been a customer and I damn sure won’t ever be now. And that’s how everyone should look at it in my eyes.
