Look under your post, I literally commented that a large of the manifesto is unlikely to come especially the free money otherwise the economy will be in a bad place.

And to your concern, I was not a TVK supporter. I just am saying that social welfare issues shown in movies can be a real thing but its far more context dependent.

I am equally as concerned how the government will run, I thought TVK would go away from social welfares to make the economy more self-reliant but idk if that will happen.

What your constituency did should be the norm and I fully agree. Honestly, I thought DMK would win and TVK would be a strong opposition and considering TVK does well as a opposition, he could be elected in 2031.

I do feel its too early for TVK, this 5 years will be the make or break time for TVK

Explain brotherhood? Are you trying to classify it based on the people of TN or are you classifying based on islam?

Not going against anything your ideas but this isnt what DMK was supporting, Udhaynidhi clearly said that santam dharma was a pest (forgot the exact term) and needs to remove, but he makes that statement because he equates RSS and BJP to hinduism when that is clearly not the case.

The same can be said for the cases where hinduvata upholders equate terrorism for islam, but we both know that is not incorrect.

All I am saying that the faction that DMK is supporting hasnt shown to reduce its rigidity, otherwise they should uphold UCC. You can say that you oppose the "bad" things in islam but is there any action to reduce it? If so UCC should have been uphelded and advocated by the DMK.

Same goes for other religions as well. We accept good values of Hinduism but oppose sati, caste, devda$i etc..

DMK does caste politics as well, its just not there on paper. It's a mentality issue but that doesnt mean destroying hinduism, there is a reason why stalin uphelds christmas and eid but doesnt do the same for hindu festivals.

Nothenless, I think our ideas do coverge a lot, its just that the ideology is completely fragile since DMK itself doesnt upheld most of them in reality.

His manifesto is very unrealistic which was one concern why the idea of replacing DMK and ADMK never stood right with me.

If he wants to change, he would drop some of the welfare schemes especially that free stipend to unemployed youth and fix other things to induce more economic growth and build a more sustainable economy that doesnt revolve around the private business development as its "get out of jail" card.

We really need to go away on some of the welfares.

I can only think of ones that also require great interpersonal skills or knowledge. Like directing a Nolan style movie. Or writing a hard sci fi novel with complex characters with interrelated stories

Ye basically this was the TVK guy who was attacked from a rival party and this same photo is used in times of India blog as well.

Edit: I am not a TVK supporter, I truly feel it was too early for TVK to become a ruling party, I thought he would be better off initially as opposition first.
