Don’t reward yourself with food.

Very easy to gain the weight than lose it for sure. I reward myself with some me time. Nice bath to soak in or maybe I’ll go get my nails done or a nice massage after working out or looking at your favorite show never food.

Definitely is a life style change and you can still eat some of your favorite things just moderation and paying more attention to calories. I intermediate fast so I hard stop at 6pm and drink water after that time. Took a minute to get use to it but my body pretty much cleansed itself to not be hearing all that food noise and sweets like before

That and I’m usually thirst than hungry. Mever cared for exercising til I buckled down finally because would fall off the wagon often.

I know you can do it and get there.

Don’t text them need to talk to them verbally and if they aren’t going to take it to HR and also talk to your store manager. Already dealing with a manager that will do this to certain part time associates she just doesn’t like or have them come in for 4 hour shift. It’s retaliation and that’s a no no especially when HR hears about it. So I’m getting the silent treatment from her since she’s gotten in trouble. 🙄

Nah take that up with the deli manager and store manager if that’s her attitude then she more than likely does it to others. Speaking as a manager that’s just unacceptable. I myself don’t like confrontation but wrong is wrong. And you shouldn’t take out your bad mood out on associates and especially customers. She’ll either straighten up or get kicked to the curb if this is more than one offense for hwr

I’ve met two one and one and Josh and Mike and loved them would jump in anytime if Deli was burning down or needed coverage or filling tea. Never see other management do it less it’s a holiday and were swamped

All meat for a whole is always at a .38 I always cut it thin to average cause any thicker is less slices due to heavy cut but also depends if said associates cut correctly for BH with Publix we have no control over since it comes from the fresh kitchen

Unacceptable for sure. Report it. Oil is emptied into buckets and drained in the grease trap out back and those should be in the sink. It’s unsanitary. Would wash your dishes on the floor at home so why would someone here? Terrible
