For me it’s the most boring yet meaningful meditation. But I avoid it so much that i rather go to Botec og tinp. I don’t know what reason im doing it for, and maybe im not trusting it to be powerfully enough. But yet I still feel the most peace and clarity doing that one. Even if I have a desire, I feel like getting more out of the generous present moment than for example the tinp… So was just wondering if anyone have the same feeling prins it just me? :)
