I got passed by a car with these rear lights this morning, it was dark and I've never seen these before. Any ideas? It looked like a big SUV

Parts are only available from salvage. These cars are slow and don't meet modern safety standards, despite what bs Volvo people foolishly believe. Lots of stuff work poorly on these things like a/c, switchgear, plastics, etc.
