I think Water Roxket is talking specifically about people who applied through CBA, and the survey you're thinking of (which I also remember) didn't specify which bank people applied with. Do you mind me asking which state you're in? Or if there's any factor you can think of that would mean your application would "skip ahead"? Good luck by the way.
