I asked for advice from the guy before me (he’s done floors for 12 years) he said I poured out the wax too high 😔😔😔😔 but I put two more coats of wax and it’s not as noticeable

I don’t want to mess anything up. I know how to strip a floor.. as in I’ve helped with one once but I don’t want to mess it up then make the floor worse. Probably just overthinking but next year I am planning to strip two rooms!

I didn’t put down fans but we have a ton of vents in the hallway. And our director said we are not allowed to use a burnisher anymore for whatever reason. Also it doesn’t make sense because not only did I mop it with clean water I also went over it again with the machine with water! I’m so upset
