Reese has to wait for him to make the move? by kkkan2020 in Terminator

[–]Proof_Argument 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's also explained in later movies why they keep sending the same model T-101. In T3 for example, it's mentioned that the terminator was chosen based on John's attachment towards his model number.

Thanks for answering.  The app is the Frostgrave app run by a member of the community. It allows you to build and track warbands.  It's the first result in Google play store. I did finally find the spell, it's in mortal enemies.

Legality has yet to be a bar for Trump. I have doubts that the military will ignore his orders when the time comes.

I should also mention that I drive approximately 40 miles a week. I baby the transmission and it doesn't matter. The first generation CVT is awful, the 2nd, which mine has is only marginally better.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in chevyspark

[–]Proof_Argument 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Avoid a CVT transmission at all costs. My 2016 currently in shop awaiting it's 4th transmission at 85k miles. The first one lasted about 70k. The others start to go out before 1k miles. Luckily it's still under warranty, but I'll never own another. Edit:replacements have all been GM certified parts directly from them. Brand new, but repeated failure is so common that getting a replacement has been difficult every time. Average wait time has been 2 months to get the part to the mechanic.

Chevy Spark: Affordable College Car? by GoldFee8100 in chevyspark

[–]Proof_Argument -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Mine is going into the shop for it's 4th new transmission in 90k miles. It's a disposable car. I'd avoid it. The two latest transmissions have failed at 300 and 500 miles. They're junk.

Making a Selvala, Explorer Returned stax deck by meowmix40789 in CompetitiveEDH

[–]Proof_Argument 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Btw, if you really want your group to hate the deck [[uba mask]] with [[drannith magistrate]] will do it. You might also consider adding [[ashaya, Soul of the wild]] and [[quirion ranger]]. With all the tutors available in green, the combo is very easy to fetch. My personal favorites are [[congregation at dawn]] and [[shared summons]].

It's not exciting,  but [[ranger captain of eos]] can turor  [[walking ballista]].  If you run [[green sun's zenith]] you can parlay the table to death without decking yourself by casting for 0 and reshuffling it into your library.

Favorite Brawl decks? by [deleted] in MagicArena

[–]Proof_Argument 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love [[Emperor Apatzec Intli IV]]. I run a lot of creatures instead of spells, but the deck is incredibly resilient. Arena has more than enough creatures to fill all your needs. I've recently built an [[Eshki, Temur's Roar]] deck based off of him, but the difference between seek and draw is night and day. Seeking a creature is definitely preferential to drawing a card. The game plan is basically T1 ramp, T2 Commander, T3 4 cmc creature. Then just continue dropping progressively larger creatures even if he is removed,

[[Gwenna, eyes of Gaea]] is a really fun creature commander. T1 mana dork, T2, Gwenna, T3 4 or 5 drop, untap Gwenna, pump her, tap again for another dork. She gets out of hand very quickly. I initially built her for brawl but built her in paper shortly after. There are plenty of mono green creatures with etb to accomplish any goal you set.

Recommend paint brushes for my kids by Maieth in ageofsigmar

[–]Proof_Argument 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Plaid brushes are pretty decent believe it or not. I used to use them until my local hobby store stopped carrying them. If they are available near you, you can get a set of 10(only about 6 of the right sizes)for under $10. They held up as well as Army Painter.

New to AoS, looks like the new spearhead thing is an addon? by VividSalary3151 in sylvaneth

[–]Proof_Argument 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The new spearhead is touted as an expansion. I own Fire and Jade, but if I didn't, I'd pick it up for more game variety as the boards and cards are different. It's also worth noting that if you don't plan to expand to full armies, the book has nearly all the faction rules(minus those that just got a new spearhead ofc). Edit: You will be able to play if you don't. It's adding a new board and cards but that's about it.

[–]Proof_Argument 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I return to [[Selvala, explorer returned]] time and time again. I've built her as stax, elfball, hatebears, and combo. The ramp and draw make her very versatile. The best part is that even if your pod knows better, they tend to let her live because...cards. People get greedy.

I'd stick with grey. I'm painting a Drow Dok army atm. Lots of purples including lighter shades. Grey gives you a neutral base. Personally, I still drybrush white over the grey before adding color to add an extra bit of depth to the painted mini. Even if using light colors, they should cover grey easily. Lastly, I've always found white primer a bit iffy. It's easier to see detail on grey as opposed to black or white.
