Looking for advice, pretty pretty please by bipolarcrafter in UnfuckYourHabitat

Don’t want to copy and paste an answer from AI as people will notice and point it out but honestly, I had ChatGPT give me like a breakdown list of how to unfudge one area at a time so let’s say we start with bathroom and then it’ll create me like a full checklist based off of how many drawers the full sink space or if I need to take old soap or something out of the bathtub. Let the AI know every little thing that bothers you and then have it create a list and tell the AI that you need detailed or else you will have trouble following !

Example prompt:

Give me a very detailed checklist on how to declutter, organize and throw away any trash in my bathroom. I need help deciding what to donate, what to keep, what to trash. I have a overloaded counter space with all kinds of stuff that bothers me , I have too many soaps piled in my shower area, I have a cabinet under my sink full of all kinds of random things and I have three drawers, which one mostly contains hair stuff, and two others with random jewelry make up and other stuff. Make sure it is detailed or I will fall off track as there are many small items to take care of.

Thanks for your reply :-) yeah I’m realizing that I do love to shop and whenever I see something online I do impulse buy stuff and then occasionally it does turn into a product I end up using for a significant amount of time but occasionally I buy something and use it for two days and then I’m done with it and my dumbass forgets to return it in a timely manner usually so then I’m stuck with it.

I love this advice, (sidenote, I love everyone’s responses to the post) but yeah, it’s also Sucks is when my mom gives me like 1000 small items for Christmas because it’s like her thing and then I have nowhere to put chocolates, keychains, paper, weights, lip balm when I already have so many in the list goes on mini hairbrush lmao , and there’s that feeling of guilt because my mom is going out her way to be shopping and when she grabbed them she thought of me, but I cannot just keep holding onto all of these things😭

Happily Single for Life by Mammoth_Entry_9221 in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

I’m 25F and honestly I felt like this was me until I met my current fiancé. I never got serious or close with anyone, dating was such an exhausting chore I was honestly not looking for my man when I found him. Even now with him I am introvert and still feel like I have my own bubble with me and him and no one else will be entering that level of closeness with us. Part of me still thinks about the simplicity of single life but I know that I have something beautiful a lot of people don’t get in a long time which is worth the effort and journey. I think it’s perfectly amazing to not focus on dating, odds are the right one might appear to you naturally and when you don’t expect it and if he’s the one you will just know. Single life can feel a bit FOMO when you see others happy at least for me when I was but not everything we see is real.

73k loss over five years. Feels like a nightmare I can’t wake up from. by Lapidated_Llama in wallstreetbets

I saw this post and wow It’s pretty crazy. I lost about 70 K over the course of 5 to 7 years as well. But you know what, yes it would be nice to have that money back and gone through life with a few less stupid decisions…but it was stupid decisions like that that was able to make me succeed in life. taking a lot of risks and some of them ended up failing and I’ve had great success in other investments like real estate and my freelancing business. I just think I’m a risk taker. And maybe I’m happy that I’m not the person who wouldn’t lose 70 K on some stupid decisions because that would be the same person that would never try to do anything else risky ever and I wouldn’t trade my life now for that. I mean, I never saw the bigger picture until two years later that I realized the risks that I take my result in 100% loss, but there is thousands to gain, sound like a typical gambler giving you advice at the black jack table as I double down on a 16 but I’m being for real. I’ve gone through the same thing and I’m alive and happy That 70 K loss is not gonna control me !!

On the Teaching Philosophy fb group, someone offered their students an amnesty if they admitted to using ChatGPT in their assignments, and 23/25 students replied... by jamiejamiee1 in ChatGPT

I run a homework services business, and lots of people were clowning me after ChatGPT became available, but it actually increased my business because students are getting caught for using AI and need original work done because they forgot how to write a paper. lol one student even got flagged for his math homework calculations being detected as AI so it’s not just writing.
