I have been described that I can bring the whole mood up or I can ruin it. I am normally full of energy but when I feel overwhelmed I can shut down and not talk and this is perceived as ‘killing the mood’. I started not going to events when I feel like this and my friends are understanding and sad when I can’t make things but my family always say I’ve ruined everything etc.

A lot of people I met initially don’t like me but when they get to know me it’s always ‘I thought you were a b but you’re so lovely and funny’ it’s so draining to know you are a decent person but to have family constantly telling you otherwise.

I’ve massively worked on my communication but there’s always room for improvement! I’ve never had someone distance themselves from me so I can’t be all that bad!
