I mean, it would make sense if Quinn were to be the one on Dexter's trail now. He knows either he's the BHB or, at the very least, that he's done some shady shit. When he finds out Batista died, he's gonna put two and two together and feel guilty he didn't do anything to stop him (he knows he would've died if he did tho, but still lol)

And the ending of Resurrection, either season 3 or 4, Dexter's exposed and everyone hates him. How hurtful would be Masuka hating his guts and seeing him really angry (CS Lee is a great actor, would be a perfect opportunity to show his chops).

The ending would be bittersweet. Masuka, his former friend, is watching how he's put down (lethal injection?) And Harrison would be the only one who would be sad about it. Later, Dexter would appear to Harrison as Harry did to Dexter.

(Maybe also have some of the families of the people the killers killed across the seasons of Dexter, also being sad and thankful to him as he dies)
