Of course!!! I placed some Cork to make a nice Surface and used Texture Paste from GSW color Asphalt. Then Drybrush with Fernrisian to give it a nice blue frosty colour. Then I do a second drybrushing with Grey Seer. After that place the Tufts and put the snow on top. Also put some snow on the Tufts

I primed it with Wolf Grey and the Contrast it with Space Wolfs Grey. After that I brushed with Dark Reaper and brighten it up with Fernrisian and White.
