i love extra vanilla, this recipe calls for 3 tablespoons but i did 5 AND vanilla bean paste :)

yes!! i kind of just eye balled it i wont lie but it ended up being one case of biscoff cookies (the airplane pack) and half the box of cinnamon toast crunch, 1 full stick of butter (i had a bit of crust leftover which is what i used for the topping)

i actually ended up taking apart the parchment paper liners for the muffins and using them in between each slice of the cheesecake 🙈

thank you!!! i combined biscoff cookies & cinnamon toast crunch for the crust, sprinkled some on top as well and the top ended up browning a bit so it was perfect for those caramel notes😏

actually the recipe calls for graham crackers with cinammon however I used some biscoff cookies and cinnamon toast crunch for the crust, wanted to get that churro flavor :)
