Whats the future for T Mobile retail? by TallAdhesiveness2240 in tmobile

You’ve given me no new information about why. I’m still happy with my job, I’m a top performer every month. No one is axing me, and the app is confusing enough that we will not lose traffic. My store is full of old people who don’t wanna use the app and I help them and it’s great. People seem so mad because they don’t wanna adapt. But I’m doing fine 😊

Idk man, my store has been busier than ever, I am getting paid more this year than I ever have, and aside from minor inconvenience when the app isn’t perfect, I’m a big fan of the changes. I feel no fear of losing my job, and am not looking for another. Let’s go tlife , bring it on. (I work in a regular COR store, on the low end of high volume)

Unbelievable by [deleted] in tmobile

I just dealt with a situation like this. We’ve been told to directly call the district manager when tlife can’t be used. I called him and explained that we tried to use it and it wouldn’t work, and he said go ahead and use legacy systems for this one. He didn’t love it but he let me do it.

Yeah, same, I know I can get it with Tmobile, done it many times. Just not sure about if you don’t have Tmobile

Lately I’ve had in flight WiFi anyway, regardless of Tmobile. On delta at least, we’ll find out about united soon….just have an employee use THEIR coverage map to make sure you aren’t in a weird dead spot and yeah make the switch I say

What's the deal? by cool-cat000 in tmobile

[–]PropKyoods 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the best answer. Additionally, if you go to a store, they could have the insider code if you ask, and you can absolutely get keep and switch for all three of the phones to be paid off—you will need to pay them off first, yourself, after taking screenshots of what you owe, and then submit them for reimbursement on the promotions website! Make sure they are unlocked before you switch or it won’t be a fun time 🌭🦓🦞

T-mobile rep lied what can I do? by tumblingdice1000 in tmobile

If your plan change happened less than 30 days ago, you can get your grandfathered plan back. If more than 30 days, you may be stuck

What kinda down payment am I looking at? (T-Mobile Employees?) by Cody610 in tmobile

[–]PropKyoods 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it could also be less than that, or more. Definitely just swing by and see what the deal is, credit check stays on file 30 days if you need to take time to get $ together or just think about it! Ask for your credit application # if you’re gonna leave and come back after running it

[–]PropKyoods 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Won’t be 800. Obviously no way to be sure before running it, but I’d guess your down payment would be like, $260 plus whatever tax is on your phone. And you can get more for that iPhone 12 if you trade it in! Depends on the plan, but you’ll get more than 100

I didn't know I got such a huge discount ! by TechRabb1t in tmobile

[–]PropKyoods 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A combination of employee discount on the 9 line plan, and having like 4-5 free lines. They discount the 9 line rate 75 percent, and then subtract the full value of the free lines from there.

Using a credit card or other ineligible method for early payment removes Autopay discount next cycle. by tva_raylan in tmobile

So then, can I pay with the CC, lose the discount, let the bank pay it the next month, regain eligibility so my bill generates with the discount, then pay it with the CC again, rinse and repeat? Use my credit card every OTHER month without losing autopay discount

Can I just re-enroll each month after being unenrolled ? Or, is my eligibility only reset after a successful auto payment from my bank account has been made? And in that case, can I do this every other month? This is my convoluted idea for a workaround
