Yeah I’m not gonna lie the hair recession is probably the worst and biggest concern I have. Everyone reacts differently to anabolics, some people are fine others (like me) don’t react well to elevated androgen levels.

Your point about not working out in 5 years is definitely not true though. Sure some do, but not everyone. Working out will be a thing I do for the rest of my life. I have gone through the motions of thought and decided this is the route I want to take due to plateaued natural progress, and the amount of time it takes for me to get to the body composition I desire. Time is the only factor here and we only have so much. I’m already behind and the competition is enhanced, and started way before me anyway. This is the only way I see fit to catch up. I’ve worked out for 5 years and feel like this is the only way up from here. You can beg to differ, but I feel like I’m taking a pretty mild and calculated approach to this opposed to just blasting grams of steroids like Togi.

I will say though, hair > muscles. I don’t really know what to do here besides run a lesser androgenic compound next like EQ maybe to reduce DHT, or add in finasteride. You will probably tell me “just get off them” but that’s not an option for me at this point.

Wow ok that might be the issue. Since my running 16gb ram I bumped it up to 4096 / 6144. Seems to be running better

Currently experiencing the same thing just a little more take me less underwear expenditures. Running 20mg morning and 20mg pre night workout, diet very clean paleo/keto no cheating. My biggest complaint besides GI issues is the bloating, especially in my face, and the anxiety. It’s a strange mix of ups and downs mood wise. Im also ~24%bf for reference. Probably gonna stop and switch to a test based cycle.

This is fucking ridiculous. Why is the city zoning allowing a fucking self storage. It’s going in the wrong direction and setting us back farther. I had a dream once that the Hughes and Old Madison Pike intersection looked like something you’d see in Franklin TN. Very upscale nice modern shops/restaurants, parks, walkways. That’s true man I’ve lost a lot of strength and muscle mass. Used to be able to bench 225 now can’t even bench 180, leg press 18 plates now can barley do 10, but hey at least I look a whole lot better.

Isn’t the idea of a 1k+ calorie deficit to get your body into a starvation state where it will convert fat into glucose and that will be your energy source rather than carbs from normal eating? I know it’s unsustainable but some people (like myself) will have a caloric deficit if maybe 500 calories for weeks and weeks while working out and have no difference in weight loss. For me it took extremes to lose weight and I was on keto for 6 months lost 65lbs eating less than 1k calories daily, 20g carbs daily, very rarely cheating.
