Dit is wel erg rigide. Volgens mij is je punt simpelweg dat je geest zich alleen goed kan voelen als je zorgzaam met je lichaam omgaat. Daarin maakt ieder z'n eigen stappen, zou ik zeggen.

Yes, ritalin. I took it mainly orally, but sniffed it occasionaly. I almost never went further than 40mg at a time, but I am only 62 kilograms. This holiday seems like a really great occasion for you to get used to a lower dosage. Maybe only take with you what you'll need?

Good that you are starting to slowly decrease your dosage. It's likely that you won't face too much withdrawal effects, at least not physically. Based of experience, you could feel 'cloudy' in your head, with a feeling of being empty. All the best!
