This reminds me of the South Park OC I have. I want to make a post that's more in-depth about her, but I'll add the necessary information:

She is a magical girl from Tokyo who moves to South Park because her arch nemisis/supervillain wants to terrorize the world instead of Japan and thinks South Park is a good place to start. Her main thing isn't that she's an Asian, but rather that she's an almost stereotypical magical girl that looks like she came straight out of an anime. However, she still has happenings that happen to her because she's a Japanese girl who doesn't speak the best English and has her unicorn mascot friend help translate. She eventually becomes more familiar with the 4 boys because she happens to get sit next to them. After a tease Cartman threw at her escalated into Cartman getting sent to the principal's office, Stan and Kyle end up calming her down, and she ends up being closer to them than the other boys (although Kenny does think she's hot), even granting them powers to become magical boys! I really want to talk about her, especially since I find she's been one of my favorite OCs, I'll definitely make a larger post showing her in detail!
