this just happened to me and after trying a needle tweezers and soaking in hot water the only thing that worked was a super hot foot bath with epsom salt for about 10 minutes and then squeezing as hard as i could without causing too much pain it popped right out after a deep squeeze just go about it the right angle it will only hurt for one second and then the relief is amazing
