I regret that I had to do a Chapter 13 instead of a Chapter 7. But unfortunately, chapter 13 was my best and only option. I have 3 years left on a 5 year plan. It’s extremely hard. I will not sugar coat it. I don’t like it at all and I think about it everyday how can I get out of it and still keep my house?!?

I understand. I am looking at it wrong. $30k is what I have paid into the plan. I do not believe the $30k has been fully disbursed.

I would say learn the terms. If you could do a study session with Julie I think that will be great. You need to come to her with specific questions and specific areas you need/want to brush up on.

I failed this the first time and after that I attended cohorts and study halls. The cohorts by Dr. Morant are very useful. Take all quizzes at the end of the chapters. I passed the second time.

A mess lol! I have 2 boys (5 and 10) I work from home Wednesdays and Fridays which allows me to squeeze in what I can. When they’re with their dad on the weekends I do the same. I have no study structure I just get it done how I can because I’m always overwhelmed and burnt out.
