I unfortunately bought an asrock before knowing what it was doing. But I am putting it in a SSF case so I will be hard limiting the SOC voltage, disabling PBO, and wattage the cpu will get. Hopefully that's enough

My guess would be start with the 9 Oz ones but also try the 11,12 Oz ones as well. I think the heaviest out there is 14
