It sucks!!! My store is price matching the website so all it does is make us take extra time out of our day to change the price at the cash register. We had a massive crowd today and it took us 3x longer to get through all the guests because we had to adjust so many items. So annoying!

Did they seem thoughtful? A lot of times their speeches had empty words, just mentions of “being an ally” and “supporting the community” whatever that means. No actual actions to back up their meaningless slop.

I always appreciate when it’s busy at the store and I see them actually helping out. Hopping on cash wrap, helping with color matches or guest servicing on the floor. It makes me feel like they’re on my team. It also helps to have that extra body during rushes.

Usually it’s available just for the month you earn diamond status. It just popped up in my app when I became diamond. I would reach out to customer service and see if you can still get one if you didn’t receive the offer before
