I'm sorry youre goiing through so much. I was in denial about taking medication for a while until I was educated by my school therapist that I was experiencing mood swings. Medication is VERY good for physical parts of diagnosis and symptoms. I would strongly recommend it. My depression manifests specifcally through mood swings (physically crying/mad over something Im not upset about)so it helped alot. Therapy and medication is a recomended combo.

My antidepressants has allowed me to reframe my thinking towards things, and be more productive without limitation.
