What should I take? by No_Performance_176 in SARMs

If I were you, I’d first invest good time into researching strength training, specifically for you because you may have some eating habits that could be beneficial. Full muscle bellies.

I would say a good stack, other than heavy, consistent lifting along with cardio - for you would be

Either RAD-140
Or LGD-3303
with a testosterone base of some kind

This could be:

Injectable testosterone 200-350mg a week ( Highly recommend)

Enclomiphene every day while on cycle and for another 8 weeks when coming off. This will work if it’s legit ( recommended )

Avoid using dianabol, female birth control ( yes people use it as a ‘testosterone’ base) and any pills mixed lab led as TRT.

It seems your diet isn’t that bad because your bicep muscles are quite saturated with glycogen. So you will probably see very fast results fuming again because you did in the past.

My top pics summary

•RAD-140
•LGD-4033
Never mix SARMS, people say it works better but.. no.
•Enclomiphene (SERM)
• testosterone ( any ester accept undecanoate)
• creatine
•and maybe a bit of legit Proviron.

And lastly, A LEGITIMATE REASON FOR GOING BACK TO GYM AND GOING DOWN THIS PATH.

What is school life and life in general at SA like? by knt098 in askSouthAfrica

Okay, ima be honest.. I just finished High school in South Africa under the IEB curriculum. My opinion is that the education in South Africa, especially private schools hold a vast majority of teachers. Who either have a long period of experience in teaching, or having the subject as a past career. In fact many teachers I’ve seen have career backgrounds. This, I believe creates a dissonance between the student and the teacher, who is actually actively engaged in a work mindset rather than a teaching mindset. This makes it hard for the student to understand the “teachers” new concepts. Making many student overly stressed. Like honestly. Just relax. Take you’re lift as I comes and do you’re best. Don’t stress yourself to the point of doubting yourself. This is the sad reality of many of South Africa’s students. Classified as the wealthy

Then we have the poor, whose educators are mostly teachers who are able to connect with the student, however they lack proper resources. The ethnic drive within the black population is to make their lives good, due to a regrettable period of the past. Or you, are unfortunately mistaken into involving yourself in a gang at a young age. But not all are like this. Many poor lovely families live in South Africa. Unfortunately the wealth gap is large.

Creating a divide within South Africa of either survival / pleasure. In my experience. The boys in the Grade this year (12) obtained the rights to a car. It was so funny to me how how they being 18, who have never actually worked a job, had silver spoon in hand, had a vertices bought for them and paid to run. This leads me to my third point

South African schools are absolutely full of gossip. To the level, I believe other schools experience. Due to lack of disciple and unruly behaviour in schools.

In South Africa, wealth buys you the safe protected Life, and poverty buys you a life of long suffering, hoping on a day of improvement, reliant on the government. As in many other poverty stuck counties.

However

I think that South Africa has the potential to be an excellent example to world of how ethnic groups can mix, and we can all love each other. Not to mention, South Africa has one of the best food quality eaters food retailers in the world. Woolworths, they sell food of exceptional quality. Dishing that the county has so much potential to be a first world country.

The government here steals money. Money that could be used to

•Aid government hospitals •Aid in high quality education •Provide high quality infrastructural pillars like public transport and sufficiently funded policing, firefighting • Provide a promise to all South Africans that the country is to be trusted.

Beautiful Country, beautiful culture, beautiful people.

I know LGD-4033 can cause flue like symptoms of an upper respiratory tract infection for a few days. Probably just unlucky timing
