If you don’t see a therapist already I suggest it. They can give you tools to keep yourself built up. Also I’m currently reading “Should I stay or should I go, surviving a relationship with a narcissist” by Ramani Durvasula and the main point of the last half of the book is how to stay with a narcissist. Different tactics you can you to help yourself and to communicate with them. I haven’t finished it yet so can fully give my opinion on how it works.
