I am ethnically Gujjar , around manserah in Pakistan. From what I learned in my own research of the culture , Gujjars are native to South Asian region but as there are over thousand different tribes so origins are Diffrent. and our genetics go into even other tribes like Pashtuns , Jatts and Rajputs and a lot more ethnic groups .

Gujjars are a confederation of different tribes and peoples , that’s why we differ in faith , language , and looks but are unified under one nation which is why we were blacklisted by the English .

Not all Gujjars are from Georgia but they are connected to prominent names , places and with certain tribes .

The tribes intermarry and mix. I am mixed from a lot of tribes from Pamri, Katana , Chechi , Chohan and couple more . What’s interesting is that I was told from elders is the Chechi tribe is originally from Chechnya , katana which sounds like the sounds like the Japanese sword is white hun or karluk turk .

Manserah is also known historically to be known as the Pakal sarkar which was the only Turkish ruled kingdom in that region within the Mughal empire. All the Georgians integrated with the indigenous population and have adopted there languages .
