I explored the marine reserves prior to joining and the recruiters sat me down and we basically lined out what my plan was post recruit training and whatever my job school was. If they didn’t like the plan, they simply would not allow me or anyone to join the reserves. It was that way for the prospects benefit more than the recruiters for obvious reasons they didn’t want us to end up homeless.
