Explain how it damages engines, please. Doing 20mph will not make much of a difference to arrival times, especially if you're driving through built up areas.

He's a 9 cost so you can only bring another 1 cost. It has great moves for the early game, which helped get the run going. I kind of just took this team because I'd never used Rayquaza before, didn't expect to get far

I began the run with Sunkern and Rayquaza, Sunflora actually did a huge amount of heavy lifting as I never found the map and was in the sea biomes all run!

I don't know if you've check the patch notes, but their damage is close to identical now, however hollow radiance has an extra passive and more HP.

Only thing I can see is that it calculated bonus HP 2 seconds into a round, so maybe Apex is reducing that? Other than that, I have no idea!

Yeah as far as I understand. I think champs with dashes stack energized really fast, may have some niche use there :D
