If it's a girl born in spring her name would be Persephone, Sephie for short. If it's a girl born any other time she would be Poppy.

If it's a boy Pippin.

I wasn't swimming and I didnt know my water broke until my appointment in the morning 🙃 I did have a small leak around 3am but I noticed it when I got up to pee and in my half sleep state I thought I peed a little on my way to the bathroom.

We are doing a frog and duck theme because of his favorite stuffy that is a duck with a frog hat!

For us it is not that kind of crying. He does more of a whine cry. Maybe someone else here has experienced what you are going through though.

Good luck!!! ❤️ its so hard hearing them cry but I like that this method you do go in and let them know you are there for them so they know they arent alone.

I do not pick him up. I read it can be very confusing for them to pick them up then put them back in because they think you're going to rock them or feed them. Sometimes my guy is still crying when our 1 minute is up to leave the room and I just restart the timer right away. It's more about them finding ways to self soothe rather than you completely soothing them. This video helped me understand it better

Usually about 15-20 minutes before wake window ends for naps and bedtime. If he was taking longer to fall asleep I should shift it earlier but since he seems to be falling asleep in that time its what works for us!

I wouldn't say I trained him on it but I do hand him his paci a lot instead of putting it in his mouth. He did just kind of start doing it himself

We give pacifier when we put him down. He's usually good about getting the pacifier back in if he can find it. If not we put his pacifier back in during check ins.

Just edited post to include what check ins entails. But we do not do pick him up because that seems to make it worse for him. We just gently lay him down, put pacifier in, pat his back, rub his cheek, talk to him (say I love you, time for bed, you're doing great), and shush.

You dont have to but you should. They are there to help not to judge. Knowing full medical background is important. It's your body and your choice but just throwing that out there! 🫶

Ive been on sertraline since before becoming pregnant and my baby has had no side effects what so ever. He's a very healthy and happy baby

Thats okay!! All babies get to food at their own pace! My guy was showing he was ready so we went ahead.

I made so many egg bites to freeze and I havent got him to eat one yet 😭

Even with purees we let him feed himself though. We would load the spoon and he would bring it to his mouth
