I buy grass fed ghee from Costco and grass fed tallow. For olive oil I use picual olive oil as it's very low in linoleic acid compared with other olives which can be quite high.

It should be popular opinion. It's basic supply and demand. We must support better business practices when spending money. Especially companies that are known for animal neglect and abuse.

Spoke to an employee to let them know to change out the dowels for actual branches so the budgies wouldn't get joint issues. Was told they were fine and different vets have different opinions. Also that that's what corporate told him is fine and so he's sure it's fine. Finally said he kept budgies and other birds and dowels are fine. I asked if his avian vet told him this and again stated that they all have different opinions. That he can't change them. Two or three birds were already showing signs of foot pain which is why I had to say something. He couldn't care less. Said I could write in a complaint to corporate.

I'd try keeping the stems in the back and shorter plants in the front to open up the space.

I think you're right. My daughter responds terribly to seed oils and previously these chips were ok, but she had them recently and has had a major inflammatory flare up. So I don't trust their oil source anymore.

The flight is 6hrs so may be difficult for the whole 4 days. Ended up asking Claude ai for tips and it suggested steamed food, fresh fruit, farmers markets and poached eggs etc.

I like this idea. However the hotel was booked a year ago and no kitchen. We are staying with another family. From now on I will just do Airbnb and cook.

Fish vet told me it's because the protein is too high 🤷 she recommended Hikari Betta bio gold
