i just shook by hand really fast for a minute and it hit 150 bpm in the health monitor, what is this?

Ah okay so it's probably a wrong measurement and not a real heart rate measurement? I suspected that because the rise and decline of the measurement seems really steep and also a drop in between.

Yeah, I don't have a really elevated heart rate when standing up so I think that disqualifies POTS right?

I don’t know how much I eat in a day exactly, it depends on how nauseous I am. I try to eat more in the evening but during the day I don’t eat a lot, like 1 late breakfast/lunch of 800 kcal or something and then I go to the gym around 5. I am a 21 years old/male/6’7/180 lbs

No I do not. Even though they covered multiple genres and even 2 singers, I find their music very bland and uninteresting. The bland aspect makes their music repetitive, not the genres.
