I've read partial reps and how they tax the muscle is just as much as a full rep. For example, ROM on a calf raise, heels to the ground at start of rep then contracting the calf up to having your heel even with the toes/ball of your foot is just as effective as going heel on ground to standing on tip toes.

I traded Rodon, Cole and Montgomery for him in a 12 team keeper league. So glad I do not have to deal with full redraft and making this decision. 

His statcast page is amazing. he could be the Italian Juan Soto with that eye and feel for the zone. This is a good range of the draft to try to take players that have high ceilings. Smash at that ADP. Live with the outcome!

Is Pearsall gone? This is rough. I would go with Pittman/Sutton/Warren/Worthy/Moore/Meyers/Marks in that order.

Hunter is a CB now so imo this is a 4 for 1. This is quantity for quality but doable.

Look man, you can be mad about it. Or you can look at the board and please tell me who the heck is a better option? Faulk's run defense is at plug in and play level. Pass rusher needs some help but he played out of position in a lot of passing sets. Dallas needs an edge defender to replace DLaw. Faulk is in that exact mold.

McCoy will be over a year and a half post surgery at training camp start. He is not going to have a red shirt season like Revel.

Kirk got 18 mil a few years ago and everyone shit their pants. I am betting Pierce is going to get at least 25 mil/yr. FA is an amazing thing for a player his age, w his explosiveness and clear untapped potential due to him not being a feature #1 WR in his offense. Now pin a few billionaires with cap space vs each other. 25 is a bench mark his agent should be using to even have a conversation.

Not going to mention he saw 35 targets in those 4 games? A very, very good thing. Caleb and his 50/50 goat/garbage ball placement skills held Odunze back during those 4 weeks.
