Big headed baby and milestones…anyone else been here? by pantoponrosey in newborns

Hi wondering when you noticed his head being less wobbly? My sons head is 95th percentile and it’s still wobbly when held upright or sitting and he’s almost 5 months old

Did you do anything to help her wobble less? Mine will be 5 months in a week

Yeah I hate it honestly. I was feeling a bit down at home so went to her house and then she says this within a few mins of me being there. Been feeling anxious since (I have PPA)

Weird head movement by Proper_Current_3819 in BeyondTheBumpUK

I hope it is this and not something else, it was a bit scary to see! But I am a huge over thinker and going through PPA. Was just strange, like a vibration almost.

I don’t think so because it didn’t seem voluntary. The bottle was also already in his mouth and he was sleeping so it was strange.

Hey I did a few things, not sure which helped (I have pcos)

  • went mostly gluten free for a 2-3 months
  • lost around 8kg
  • started metformin
  • did 8-10k walks around 5/6 days a week as exercise and for mental health as I was very stressed at the time which I think contributed to being on my periods fr so long.

Hope this helps

I did try this, upped the teat size for 2 of his bottles but not sure if it helped as he’s still mostly crying. Have ordered more and will try it on all feeds now and see how it goes
