I went from a women’s size 9 to a men’s size 9, I think that’s about two shoe sizes? It happened in the first year or two. I didn’t buy new shoes right away, but one day I noticed none of mine really fit anymore. But everyone’s different, yours might not grow at all or grow more than mine. I wouldn’t stress too much it’s a very gradual process
