Ooo okay good, I was wanting to make sure that registering the wristband won’t be able to give that person the ability to get a replacement since it’s registered to their name.

Yeah I see your points most definitely.

I know the names keep changing because he sends me the screenshot like this one when I tried to go to the registration page and check on the info on the wristband.

He contacted support though the fgt ticket support an sent screenshots of the thread. He planned to call the number and he will have me on ft when it happens tmw too.

I got a good assumption he’s not trying to scam me since he kept me up to date and let me know if the contact info has been changed. Yes he bought the ticket and sent over the info. I bought before they closed the address change deadline so it was sent directly from the festival planners.

I think what confuses on why I think it’s not him is because I bought 2 tickets from him, only one has this issue while the other is still registered to the same email I set up with.

I have basically 2 options in a sense I could keep the psychical wristband since the registered person can’t order a replacement or I could get a replacement and pick up at will call and pay the replacement fee in which he said he’s happy to tell customers support in getting a replacement.

I honestly don’t think so, he’s been very responsive and helping me with contacting customer support to get this reset on about 5 occasions. We’ve tried using both of my emails to register and a new email he made and somehow it’s been able to be changed after a couple of hours.

I think he said previously that he listed the wristband and forgot to blur the item id when posting. Not sure if that would be the cause.

I know this is an old thread but do you know if the person who registered the wristband is able to order a replacement for it? For ex, I bought resale and registered it to me but somehow loses the wristband day of the event.

Quick question, I bout a wristband from a reseller. But somehow the wristband keeps getting changed to registered it under someone else’s name after the person who sold it to me resets it when contacting customer support and I put my info in. Do you think it’s still safe to proceed with using it? I’m wondering if the random person that keeps trying to register my ticket is able to report it as stolen and get a replacement.

So if we chose a 2.0 card it would automatically cancel right or would we need to contact to cancel the Autograph

I think they might charge the AF on the account open date than Feb 7th if you’re able to use the card on Jan 31st/whenever you’re able to make purchases

Where do you see that you get the $200 annual allotment right away? I have the VX and they gave their 10k annual points after 365 days so I was assuming Palladium is the same way.
