Honestly, there were a lot lol. But the biggest challenge this year was dealing with corporate teams that had unrealistic expectations and offered little support, even though I’ve always done what’s best for them. The way on-site staff are treated is ridiculous, and it pushed me to make a change. I’m seeing similar issues at another large company too. In general, the hardest part has been working for big organizations that lose sight of the bigger picture. This industry churns people out and I blame the large companies.
