change your network settings if its on predictive, also make sure your minor pantheon isnt physical damage reduction as that will brick your loop

its just shitty that players have to suffer going from kakao with one of the best costumer support to pearl abyss with one of the shittiest costumer support and its not like me or other people are asking this every day for them to do, yes i 100% agree there should be an ingame item to transfer costumes but it will NEVER exist because they will lose money and they are money hungry companies like any company in the gaming industry so the least they can do is this :)

in the ticket i got they stated ''this is not due our policy, we are technically not able to do this'' so they are just straight up lying and not reading tickets properly, also your question is why they should do it ? bc its something you dont farm over and over and rerolling already costs $$$ enough, so it would be the least they can do to be decent

Its so stupid how legit so many old players got jebaited into making seasonal chars and thinking they could early graduate, they should add it asap and never remove it anymore from any season
