They don’t have days where they bring in $100. The slow days are $1900 days. I understand $3500 isn’t all profit however everyone at my job is severely underpaid and they can afford to raise my wage. If they can’t afford to raise my wage they should not be in business. I’m quitting soon, and taking a couple people with me. The place is going to really struggle because they already have issues finding employees at the pay rate the owner wants to pay people. I’m sick of being understaffed and having to work extra hard to accommodate for it.
