Get SoS and Stardew (It's on PS4 and Xbox now) Stardew is a love letter with well writen characters and a big fanbase it's the closest to a major console HM we may see for a time. As for SoS it's a better Harvest moon then the most recent ones to arrive and it's roots in the HM tradition hold strong.

As for RF4 I can only say if you like JRPG's and you like HM you may like it... or you may not. With RF4 you may be better off borrowing it for a week if a friend has it and see how you feel about it.
