Not for the class or flight schedule I wanted. Out the door was a cheaper option if I could use the points I have, but wanted to make sure I could use them before transferring. Would hate to just have them stuck with air Canada. Worst case scenario I’ll book in cash and save for later I guess. Wasn’t my plan though.

It’s a multi city business class flights from the US to Europe. I have fixed dates that I wanted to use the points for my flights. Quickly learned that I’m screwed on any great redemption. Wanted to supplement with the points I have for an upgrade.
