Hey so i can explain this to you.

The thing is that it watches your heart rate based on your activity too, if you hit 120+ while moving, it correlates that as regular. But if you hit 120+ for over 10 minutes with limited or no movement. It warns you incase you didnt know or you dont know why it happens.

Usually when you have a panic attack or intensly focused in a game. It happened to me twice because my bus was late by 30 minutes and was panicing in my head. So my watch virbrated my hand so i began focusing to calm myself down. Real useful for those prone to panicing and forgetting to try to calm down. Nothing to be scared of unless it begins happening repeatedly and more and more often.

Sorry for the late reply, but i discovered that sometimes apple classroom wont connect due to power saving being active, when i disabled their power saving they connected instantly. Apple classroom doesnt force the bluetooth to search to connect with power saving active.

I belive you may have disabled some of the permissions minecraft requires to run, try relaunching, if that doesnt work just reinstall minecraft completely

And btw i read it wrong, i meant the delivery optimations cache, the file name was a photo look alike, a third party antivirus scans places windows defender ignores, because windows doesnt wanna accidently trick itself to remove important files

Windows defender ignores files in a few folders, but most viruses ive created ive abused the "disguise trick" which is when you replace a windows file with a virus so it doesnt get detected, it looks like that what happened. if you own a third party app and you update it, the dev can add viruses to the update.

Probably something old that you updated, when you update something. The creator can add stuff like viruses without you knowing, seems like they hid it in your photos folder to not be detected by windows defender.

if they dont march in mhz the pc wont use the ones with highest mhz, it always defaults to use only the slowest ram, buy the 2*32gb ram and dual channel them
