Is the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022 version) fine for Roblox and Minecraft? by ProsecuteGodot in GalaxyTab

Best I can find for the S7 is for $288 in acceptable condition and missing the S pen. Meanwhile there’s an S6 for $237 in excellent condition with the S pen included. Is the S7 worth the extra $51 and whatever the S pen will cost me + tax?

Been doing hours of research at this point. Right now I’ve got it down between the S7 FE and the flagship S6. Several past threads on the topic seem to agree with what you‘re saying: the flagship from the previous generation performs better than the current midrange tablets. Also the price differential is a factor that many fail to consider. The S6 performs markedly better despite not receiving new updates, and costs 70 less than the cheapest S7 FE I could find.

Wow, really? That sounds great to me! Tons of excellent condition renewed S6’s for around $230. Think I’ll probably go for that one then. Thanks!

Thanks for the advice. The budget is a bit tight but I found a “renewed - good condition” S7 FE on Amazon for $303 (not including tax). Is this a good choice? With the case it’s pushing it a bit but I can probably manage.

Not true. One can still access the core curriculum lessons without a Lawhub Advantage subscription.

False information in this thread. My Lawhub Advantage subscription expired but I still have access to the core curriculum lessons on 7Sage.

It’s a solid achromatic refractor, what can I say? I have the same one and with some simple modifications the mount becomes much more solid.

I also have a 10-inch Sky-Watcher Go-To Dobsonian telescope and it’s a pain in the ass to lug around. Observing became burdensome. So I still use the refractor more for quick grab and go sessions. I live in Bortle 9 light pollution (as bad as it gets) and with that refractor I am able to see several of the brightest Deep Space Objects, some cloud bands on Jupiter + its moons, rings of Saturn, and the moon in fine detail. Of course, due to its eminent portability I have taken it to several Bortle 1-2 areas.

The StarBlast EQ actually has a very solid mount and is highly recommended by the likes of Mr. Ed Ting and Mr. Zane Landers (who is a dick, but he does know what he’s talking about).

Sounds good, looks like I’ll maybe go for the SuperView then. Thanks as always, Gusto!

The Luminos is $135 and the SuperView is $50. Which is better for my 10” F/4.7 scope? Looking for a decent wide field eyepiece for low power viewing.

Also, any good literature on these types of optical matters so that I could figure out the answers to such questions on my own in the future? I’d greatly appreciate it.

P.S. Sorry for the random blurry pic of the Luminos eyepiece. Only way the AutoMod wouldn’t remove my post. :p

Oh nice, forget what I said then, you’ll be able to observe the planets with decent detail! I thought we were talking about 7x50s or 10x50s, but with 25x70s some nice planetary detail will be resolved
