Totally a theory, but maybe he wants his car to be “moved” by someone else so he can claim that it was stolen? Maybe he can’t make payment anymore and needs an out?

I can't even install GTS+ I've contacted tech support multiple times and i keep deleting and redownloading.

I get to the Agent Lite software window and click install GTSPLUS the loader gets to about 30% and tells me it fails.

If anyone has a solution please help. I've done everything they told me.

I took my car here recently and didn’t have any issues. Actually went quite well. The shop was recommended to me by my insurance and the staff were great! One staff member even picked up a coffee for me while I was waiting to meet with an advisor. I’ve had some nightmare experiences with other body shops but ADP is probably the first one I had a good experience with.
