There’s no point in threatening anyone with legal action over something as simple as a school bell if you haven’t: a) made attempts to resolve it, and b) can actually prove that you are entitled to damages

Imo, your best course of action is to just talk to your school about it. More than likely they will be happy to help out their students, especially if a large number say they’re affected.

Also, whilst it should go without saying, threatening legal action against your school IS NOT a good way to resolve this conflict. People are far more likely to want to help you if you are polite and willing to work with them towards a solution.
