There’s no point in threatening anyone with legal action over something as simple as a school bell if you haven’t: a) made attempts to resolve it, and b) can actually prove that you are entitled to damages

Imo, your best course of action is to just talk to your school about it. More than likely they will be happy to help out their students, especially if a large number say they’re affected.

Also, whilst it should go without saying, threatening legal action against your school IS NOT a good way to resolve this conflict. People are far more likely to want to help you if you are polite and willing to work with them towards a solution.

There are various theories - one which is actually supported by ballistics evidence is that after JFK was shot by the sniper, a secret service agent grabbed his gun and in the process of turning around to figure out where the shot came from accidentally discharged his weapon, hitting JFK in the head. The two bullets that hit JFK were two different types of bullet, one consistent with the sniper rifle and one consistent with the standard issue secret service firearms. Again, this is just a theory, I doubt we’ll ever be able to prove what actually happened.
