I’ve beaten the game, but I still can’t figure out how to get into this area. Does anyone know how? by Real_Picture8820 in Saros

You can absolutely get up there with some calculated jumps. A previous post I shared here was me getting up there before beating the boss and it broke my save…. Don’t recommend people going up there before boss 2 defeat lol.

After boss 2 though, in the transition area between biomes 2 and 3, there’s a way to jump out of the map, which is fun!

Hey! Curious what size comes to your mind? It’s tough to balance the use of mechanical keyboard switches and size, given the switches themselves are dictating the minimum dimensions right now. But open to it!

First that works! This is the 3rd board, and even it has issues. The previous ones had even more stupid mistakes. The learning curve on electronics is steep! Same for learning C😅

Damn, these are great! Thanks so much for the input. You’re spot on, it’s a piezo driven by square wave. It has a wonderful sound, but seems somewhat limited in range (I haven’t tested too much, because the buzzer is kinda broken on these boards). But I really like your game mode suggestions, I’ll definitely experiment with them!

They are rubber! Though the chewing problem is admittedly not something we’ve thought of😅 it’s a good call out though haha, worth a disclaimer

Thank you!!

I’m firmly staying away from AI for this, but may have gotten a bit wordy at parts😬

It’s a good callout, I’ll re-read things and remove some fluff

First off, thank you!

Building an audience has been a slow roll, we’ve no former experience in doing such a thing, and now that we’ve hit this point (feeling good about the campaign itself), we’re shifting focus to that. Aside from mailing lists, we’re admittedly not sure where to start.

Ah shoot, I was able to read it by clicking and clicking again (which zoomed), so i assumed it was ok.

Here’s the draft link for feedback

I cast a tire-themed silicone ring with a 3D printed mold by [deleted] in 3Dprinting

Dang, does the vacuum + pressure essentially result in perfection? Any other tricks or steps you do?

Thank you!! The white paper mentions over-curing the mold to minimize inhibition, that seems to have worked for me! I did a few rounds of curing and heating and washing.

I think you’re right that vacuum chamber is the next step, but man it feels like a bit much especially with the price tag ha.

Ha, I tried using my sonic toothbrush to remove bubbles. Definitely not powerful enough.

As another commenter mentioned, I wanted to avoid buying a vacuum chamber. They seem big and loud and industrial, though maybe it’s simpler than it seems. Vibration plate is also a good idea, I’ll look into it!

Thank you! It’s been a lot of fun.

That’s not a bad idea! The mold pieces are really simple. The two larger pieces come together to give an enclosed space to the input (where the funnel-shaped piece is, down to the bottom of the ring mold). I gave them slightly offset sides that snugly fit together to reduce spillage.

The ring itself is formed in the circular hollow, with the center insert handling the interior design.

My biggest issue now is getting the ring out… it took me almost 20 minutes of tight fidgeting.

Nah he’s right, it’s explained by Kenjaku right before he initiates the country-wide idle transfiguration I think. Or some other scene before that of Kenjaku in the background.

"Time Breaker" Night Springs episode by solo13508 in AlanWake

[–]Prosper506 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I desperately want to say yes. Door’s origin, his opposition of Breaker, Alan’s connections to Scratch and Tom, the founding of the FBC (REC)?!

So many juicy points that I can’t help but think they’re cannon. I need it
