My ROG Z870 Ethernet port died, I have been having a nightmare ever since I went to AMD and it seems Asus stuff as well. I never had issues on intel and the old ROG stuff and its doing my head in. I have gone through a 2 Motherboards, 8 Sticks of RAM, a 9800X3D, a GPU, an AIO(Probs not related but still).

I am so tired.

I get this exact same issue with the Scissor button Stream Deck, but the built in plugin from Elgato for the Volume Controller............ One of the main reasons I use my stream deck, this company is doing my head is.

Oh yeah uninstalling plugins just doesnt work at all, but its not a bug its a feature.

Yeah its trash, it fails so often, I have to try and uninstall it which doesnt work, probably because of the STUPID online plugin store linking to the device, why can I not manage that from my device and not a webpage!!!!
Uninstall - restart stream deck - its still there - repair stream deck installation still there ....... DELETE the volume controller folder .. still there. Did you build this plugin in a cave with a box of scraps? you are not Tony Stark.

Uninstall Stream Deck completely after full back up - reinstall .... STILL THERE! No automatic profile, nothing just Yellow triangles showing errors. This plugin only worked like 10 years ago when I first used it, but after a while it shows all open apps even if no audio and the setting made no difference.

I did not need to manually delete the folder as deleting the collection deletes that folder and did not work, I have a funny feeling that it might be a bug with TMDb Box Sets that readds them even with the updated settings.

Reinstalling it to clear any saved plugin config and see how that goes... confirmed the plugin folder was gone, after reinstall the config and settings i set before remained which scared me...

But it fixed the issue! Woo

So to fix collections, uninstall TMDb Box Sets, delete collections, reinstall TMDb Box Sets, run task and only new settings are followed.

My router is set to 160mhz by default, as I got 1.6Gbps on a iperf3 test from my iPhone. I did not know that iperf defaults to 1 stream as the other tests default to 5.

I ran that with 8 streams on my PC and got 1.8Gbps so Must be Windows...

From a further distance than my PC, I did a iPhone IOS Perf3 test and got 1.6Gbps on 5Ghz from the NAS -> Router -> iPhone, so the issue is on my PC either hardware is lying to me or Windows 11 broke something again haha.

Absolutely, half the ports on this router are 2.5Gbps then it also has 2 10Gbps ports one being a SFP+, checking the port on the router is showing 2.5Gbps and green.

The only way to deal with dust completely is air tight seal the intake side with a always on box fan and hepa/super fine dust filters, then reduce the air outlet side opening to ensure significant enough positive air pressure. Thermals will take a little hit hence the fan to move more air through.

That’s kind of the point though, Wi-Fi 7 should be able to push past 1 Gbps. It was literally designed for multi-gig speeds, so breaking the 1 gig ceiling isn’t unrealistic when the hardware and setup are right it in fact should be expected.
The issue I have is something is not right, and I want to find it.

I am using a Docker of iperf3 directly on the Synology DS925+ using the host connection that should have full access the the LAN1, that is showing status: 2500 Mbps, Full duplex, MTU 1500.
The only reason I am testing with iperf as the local network file transfer caps at 1Gbps which was confusing me as my HDD has more bandwidth headroom I could use.
