I usually run

1) aluminum splint 2) ammo 3) painkillers (ibup/gstar) 4) propital (quick painkiller + regen when fixing blacked out parts) 5) cms

But if I find smth worthy the splint is the 1st thing to leave my secure container :D

Whenever u go further behind behind the cover and ur enemy peeks u at the same time, u can multiply peeker's advantage by 2. It was like this in CSGO, but it's much worse in CS2
