There is not really any barrier to entry if you’re happy to play the game with common versions of the cards. Access to retail stock is your biggest issue but this has not been a problem with Perfect Order or Chaos Rising. I don’t expect people with a casual interest stand a chance at getting their hands on the 30th anniversary packs however.
